What is your refund policy?
Refunds or transfers will be given up to 30 days prior to event, minus credit card fees.
What do I get for entering?
In addition to participating in a great event, you receive a Technical T Shirt, a great swag bag, and a custom medal. Click here to view the medal design.
Do you provide an EMT or ambulance at your events?
Yes, for this particular marathon we have designed a system to keep emergency personal up to date with all the runners medical information.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we provide insurance for each event. This event is US Track and Field Sanctioned.
Do you offer training plans?
Yes, we offer FREE training plans for all levels.
Pleasanton Half Marathon is an LLC partnership with 2 owners.
I'm nervous about entering a "race"?
Everyone is, every time. Most likely if you are entering an event, you already train. Well there is no better training then racing. Think of the events as training. Most importantly have fun.
How can I help if I cannot run?
An event like this takes a huge amount of volunteers, please come on out!
What pace must I maintain to finish? Is this event walker friendly?
Since the two runs merge together the half marathon is unbelievably walker friendly. The pace required to finish the Full Marathon: 15:00 per mile / 6 hours and 30 minutes. The pace required to finish the Half Marathon: 20:00 per mile / 4 hours and 30 minutes. The time the course closes: 2:30 pm.
What do I get for my entry? Bottom line it for me!
You get some of the best designed medals around. Very heavy and thick. Cool Technical T's, and quality cinch bags are also provided. We plan a great festival with food and beer.
How often are aid stations located?
The first aid station will be close to mile marker 2. From there on about every 1.5 miles.
What drink is served on course?
Orange Gatorade
